On Sunday 14th July we are going to be doing the Cancer Research Pretty Muddy 5K... One of our ITU team has recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer following a routine smear test. It has been an unbelievable shock for her and her family, but she is being incredibly brave and wants to share her story in the hope that more women go and get their smears done! Please help us in our efforts to raise as much money as we can for this very worthy cause!!!
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
