My Story
Cancer has effected so many families and recently it’s effected mine. Receiving the shocking sad news about a family member has sent shock waves through my family. I’m doing this walk to raise as much awareness as possible and hopefully raise a few funds towards the research that is needed to beat this awful disease! Even the smallest of donation is appreciated and if you can’t donate, I’d be really grateful f you could share this page. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Brain cancers
Each year in the UK, more than 12,288 people are diagnosed with tumours that start in the brain or elsewhere in the central nervous system. That’s 35 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat brain cancer.
