Julie Litchfield
My mother was unfortunate enough to get cancer and never managed to recover. After losing her 9 years ago she has become my inspiration and idol, making me the person I am today. So I run for her and everyone else who suffers in the hope that less people will have to go through what I watched my mother fight everyday.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
