My Story
My Name is Dylan Drew I am turning 11 in March. I wanted to do something meaningful to help others through this challenging time. I’ve decided I am going to raise money for cancer research by participating in the 10,000 steps a day throughout March. I made the decision to do this because I wanted to help people by raising money for the cancer charity. I haven’t lost anyone myself to cancer but my Mum has which has meant I never got to meet my Great Gran. I also know, many people lose loved ones to cancer, which is why I will be doing 10,000 steps a day throughout March to help raise some money to try and prevent this. I plan to achieve my 10,000 steps by walking my sausage dog Lenny twice a day, playing football in the garden (which I love and miss playing with my team Morley Village a lot) and going for jogs around the village with my Mum. If this changes and I’m back at school I will use my break and lunch times to get some steps in. Please help me walk all over cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me to do this by donating to my fundraising page. I will be updating my page with pictures and my progress throughout the month. Thank you for taking the time to read this and sponsoring me for such a great cause. Take care keep safe Dylan Drew
