My Story
I am running the 5k Race for Life on 23rd May. I have always wanted to do the Race for Life as cancer is something that like many has affected my family in the past. Recent events have made me want to do the Race for Life even more as my boyfriend lost his best friend to leukaemia in October 2017. For someone who has never run before this will be a big challenge for me - I hope I can rely on my friends and family to support me by donating on this page and helping raise money for such an important charity. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
