As for many people, cancer has had a big effect on my life and that of those closest to me, which is why I decided to take part in the Crawley Race for Life Pretty Muddy with my fellow Hope warrior Jo and her lovely daughter Mia. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
