That's right, your eyes do not deceive you, I Gemma Goddon am giving up my beloved Pinot Grigio, Friday Fizz and G&T's in fact all alcoholic beverages for one whole month! Those of you that know me will be fully aware that I am fond of the odd tipple or 2 / odd bottle or 2 and will find it hard to believe that I can give up my medicine for a whole month, but believe it people - I am doing this! I have lost many dear loved ones to cancer and some are still battling it today, so I want to raise a little cash to go in the kitty for Cancer Research out of respect for them. You never know when the big C will affect you, your friends or your family so as many of you would normally buy me a drink in January, instead of doing that please simply donate the amount of a glass of wine to Cancer Research.
