It's 9 years since I last ran a Marathon. I'm running to raise as much as I can for Cancer Research.
On Sunday 21st May I will be running the Stirling Marathon to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I have run 3 marathons in the past, but the last one was 9 years ago. 3 kids, marriage and a few extra stone in weight have come along since then, so can I still manage to make it round 26.2 miles? With your donations for motivation I'm sure I can. I have been overwhelmed with the generosity shown with donations. I have smashed through my original target of £1,000 and I have now set a target of raising £2,500 for Cancer Research UK.
