My Story
Just like so many people i know that have lost loved ones to Cancer, i also lost some one very close to me. At the age of 4, i lost my dad who was battling with Pheochromocytoma and unfortunately lost his battle in September 1997. Which left my mum to support and care for myself my 3 older sisters (which she did amazingly!). I became aware that men could now run Race For Life and saw it as the perfect opportunity to raise some money for a Charity that could potentially prevent other people going through the pain and heartbreak that so many people go through because of Cancer. Whether it is a £1 or £10, every little will help. So thank you in advance for your support! <3

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
