Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 200 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 200 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. It's a last minute decision to do it, but last minute decisions aren't necessarily bad ones! My motivation is two-fold - obviously to help raise some money for Cancer Research UK. I had cancer 31 years(!) ago and the treatment I had worked well (other than ending up with one leg less than when treatment began), but cancer remains and raising money and awareness is just as important as it ever was. Also - I need a motivator to get back into cycling regularly! I'm getting old and joints aren't as flexible as they once were.
