Appreciate your visit to my corner of the web. Cancer has taken a number of my own loved ones and had devastating impact on others in and around my life too. I’ve recently decided to make positive changes to my own lifestyle and this presents a great opportunity to knock down two skittles with one bowling bowl!! I’m advancing my own health goals and aiming to achieve a target of six stone weight loss by January 2020 and to help me, I’m aiming to move more in March than I’ve ever done before and raise funds for a great cause. “This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner.
