Gail's Giving Page

This is a charity very close to our hearts. On 24th September we are doing the Shine Night Walk through London, to raise crucial funds for Cancer Research UK. In 2018 Chris, age 76 (Gail's dad) was diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer. After a cycle of chemotherapy and radiotherapy he is currently on the path to remission and is now fulfilling his dreams travelling, visiting friends and family. In 2022 Philomina, age 79 (Cat's mum) was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer and is still undergoing treatment and fighting this horrible disease. She is looking forward to spending more time with family and getting out and about. We have seen both our parents fight this disease, shown immense courage and strength despite the ill side effects. This walk will hopefully give them inspiration that we are behind them every step of the way. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're fundraising for Cancer Research UK.
