I’m raising as much as I can to beat cancer
Every year in the UK over 300,000 people are diagnosed with cancer. Whilst huge strides have been taken over the last few decades to better understand and treat cancer in all its forms, there is still a long way to go. Inspired by the incredible work Cancer Research UK do and to mark World Cancer Day (4th February) I have decided to take on a 24 Hour Gym Challenge. The plan is to spend 24 hours in a gym training you guys one on one and live streaming to share some of my top tips to stay active. You can show your support by placing your donations below.
