My Story
To all our friends and family, One in two people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime; a terrifying number that needs to change. That's why Dommi and I, and a bunch of our amazing friends and family will be running the Victoria Park 10k Race for Life on Saturday 6th July for Cancer Research in memory of our amazing mum Mandy. Devastatingly, Mum lost her battle with cancer fifteen years ago this May, and since then there hasn't been a day go by when we haven't thought about her and the way she so bravely fought to try and beat her illness. Her battle with cancer is also one that has been experienced by and continues to affect many of our friends and families' loved ones too and that's why we need your support to ensure that we keep charities like Cancer Research doing the amazing work that they are doing to kick cancer's butt and beat this illness. Please dig deep guys and donate if you can, and if anyone would like to join us on the day - whether it's with us at the starting line or cheering us on at the finishing line (with a glass of vino in hand please) we would love to see you there!
