On Monday 29th April 2019 we received the most devastating news possible... our beautiful little 2 year old girl was diagnosed with a tumour in her stomach, after an MRI and biopsy it was confirmed a Germ Cell Tumour the size of a melon and weighing around 1kg in weight. After getting our heads around what we had been told we sat with our consultant Dr Madu and came up with a plan to beat this horrendous thing growing in our baby girls tummy. Emilia has now had her 2nd round of chemo and responded well, she now has 4 more rounds of chemotherapy and then a team of surgeons will determine if the tumour is small enough to remove. We never thought in our wildest dreams we would be “that family” going through this but we are and we will beat it.. Emilia may only be 2 years old but she’s the strongest and bravest girl you could meet and is taking everything in her stride. We are already so proud of our beautiful little girl, please help our Team effort here by sponsoring us what you can, even if only a few pence. Every single such penny will help in the fight to beat this horrendous disease. On behalf of our Team, thanks for reading this and for anything you might be able to spare in sponsoring us. Lots of Love, Chelsea, Adam & Emilia xxx Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK.
