My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to walk 100 miles in October to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. As a full time working mum of two boys with sporting hobbies galore and busy day to day life, I felt like I needed a new challenge and something to help me get those all important steps in for the body and for the mind, whilst helping an amazing charity. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
