My Story
It was three years ago in the Easter holidays when my cancer was first detected. This year I am taking part in the Race for Life in support of all those who have their treatment or surveillance scans delayed due to the pandemic. I feel very fortunate because not only have I had my routine scans but additional ones too. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research so please sponsor me as I walk my 5k on April 24th!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
