Fiona's Race for Life
Liverpool - Sefton Park 5k 2022
Sun 10 Jul 2022 - Sun 10 Jul 2022
In the past 12 months our mum has fought her battle with lung cancer. She has been a super hero going through treatment, and thankfully she's now in remission but it has been so hard watching someone you love go through such punishing treatment. And recovery is another journey. We wanted to do something for mum but also for everyone out there battling with cancer one way or another. Hopefully money raised will help support more research if you could support us. We all have had, have or will have friends and family members battling cancer at some point in our lives. Some win the battle, some gain more time with us and some sadly lose the battle and we say goodbye too soon. But it touches us all, so it is close to all of our hearts 💕 x Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
