Thank you so much to every kind soul who has sponsored me so far. I am doing this challenge in the hope that we can make a difference. You might be wondering why I will be squatting 3000 times in November, yes 3000 times (… and not just because my pelvic floor needs it) It has been 6 years and 6 months since I lost my dad to cancer. It took my dad away from me so quickly and I don’t want anyone to ever experience that pain and loss, it’s horrific.
