Finding Felicity's Yoga Challenge
I'm going to be completing 100 yoga Sun Salutations across Amey's Centenary fundraising week (2nd-8th August). This is 14 a day which might not sound like a lot, but I would usually only do about 6, so it definitely will be a challenge for me! As well as working for Amey I'm also a yoga teacher. I have been teaching gentle, chair-based yoga classes as part of Amey's Wellbeing team and advocate a sensible, mindful style of yoga. 14 sun salutes is a lot more energetic than my usual classes!
