2021 Cancer Research UK London Summer Run
My close friend/work colleague Rachel and her husband Andy, were given the most devastating news in 2018 that Andy had Plasma Cell Leukaemia. I have watched the struggle and devastation that this disease causes and the tiresome battle they have all faced for over 3 years now. But that was just been the beginning of the families rollercoaster of testing times… just recently Rachels mum was diagnosed with Leukaemia and is bravely fighting for her health. Watching Rachels dedication in supporting two of her close family members in their fight against cancer has given me this inspiration to try and do something to fight back and raise as much money as I can for Cancer research particularly Leukaemia Research. Please help me support this amazing charity in the Fight Back against cancer.

Five-year survival rates for leukaemia have more than tripled in the last 40 years. But despite this progress, around 4,600 people still lose their lives to the disease every year. Almost a third of all cancers diagnosed in children are leukaemia. Your donation can help Cancer Research UK find better treatments and new ways to prevent the disease in adults and children.
