Faye's Race for Life

Story After caring for children with cancer and their families I cannot describe the sheer amount of pain and torment it causes to all involved. No parent or anyone for that mater should have to watch their loved one die from this horrible, debilitating disease. Cancer destroys far to many lives and does not discriminate. As a nurse you want to make everything better and the sadness you experience when this is no longer posible is horrible. Watching a child battle cancer is truely humbling and I can honestly say the emense fight, resilience and spirit these children have is incredible. I'm hoping that any money I can raise will go a little way in making the lives of the hero's (young and old) that battle cancer a bit brighter and more hopeful! Thanks x
