We are taking on Sweatember to raise money for Cancer Research UK, please support us.
This September, the four of us are taking on Sweatember, a 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. You can help us raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring us. We'll be doing various forms of exercise - jogging, skipping, dog walking, cycling, swimming, netball, ice-skating, weight training and any other exercise we can think of. If you know us, you'll realise not all of us are hugely active so it's a genuine challenge! We'll be keeping a chart to make sure every family member is doing their bit. Sponsor if you can - obviously all in a good cause. xx

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
