Donations will go towards brain cancer research to help patients like my mum, Susan x

Maria and I will be doing a half-marathon night walk around London to help raise the funds needed to conduct research and to treat those suffering from cancer.

I have selected for donations to go towards brain cancer research as I have witnessed first hand the lack of treatment available to patients and the limited understanding doctors have of this illness. It should also be known that it is one of the largest killers among younger patients and children, and should therefore be more of a priority for research than it currently is.

Every donation, regardless of size, will make a difference to anyone who has come into contact with any variation of this terrible illness, be it as a patient or loved one.

If anyone would like to join us, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Much love, Evie x

Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there.

Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

Brain cancer

Each year in the UK, more than 9,400 people are diagnosed with tumours that start in the brain or elsewhere in the central nervous system. With more than 100 different types of brain tumour, donations can help Cancer Research UK find out what causes them and develop better treatments to improve the outlook for patients.
