My Story
Brought to you by the Powick Players We’re Powick Players, A local panto group known for our love of laughter, a bit of glitter, and raising money for good causes. This time, we’re swapping the stage for a SUNDAY FUNDAY EVENT and we will also be taking on a sponsored fancy dress walk to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. One of our own, a member of our society, recently shared that his mum has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This is in honour of her and for everyone who has been affected by cancer in some way. Whether it’s a parent, a friend, a colleague, or someone in your community, cancer touches far too many lives. So we’re running this event to help fund life-saving research and bring a bit of joy along the way. Every donation helps, no matter the size.
