My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. I’ll be ditching the drink for one month to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Please dig deep and donate now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. Losing my Grandad in August to Cancer was definitely the worst thing that has ever happened to me. If you know me, you'll know that I love an alcoholic beverage, therefore even though I know it will be difficult, I have decided to do Dryathlon for January to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Statistics show that every 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at one point in their life. Any donations are brilliant.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
