My Story

Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. The last time I ran this race was 9 years ago whilst my Dad was going through treatment and he is now cancer free so this is a charity close to my heart. I am also running for those going through treatment now and is my way of doing something for an amazing cause. Any donation great or small will be greatly appreciated! Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
