My Story
Some of you will know that 'Pops' as I like to call him (aka Dad) was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma, a form of blood cancer, back in 2017 and has been living with the disease and undergoing treatment since early 2018. By donating to Stand Up To Cancer, you're helping fund life-saving research for people with cancer. People like Pops. So please, give anything you can. In the words of Tesco, 'every little helps'. It is my hope that one day there will be a cure for all cancers. In memory of Grandad Geoff x ____________________________________________________ Cancer doesn’t stop, even in a pandemic. Now more than ever we need to Stand Up To Cancer. COVID-19 has slowed us down. Right now, people with cancer desperately need new breakthroughs to keep them alive. At this time of year, I’d usually be taking to my local high street with a bucket to raise money for Cancer Research UK in support of the Stand Up To Cancer campaign. But we need to do things a little differently this year, which is why I’m holding my own virtual collection to help raise money for life-saving research. Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research so please show your support with a donation to my page.
