Everyone who knows me well, knows that I have an allergy to exercise. But over the summer and lockdown, I was challenged to complete the 'Couch to 5k', luckily the Race for Life and the end of the training overlaps, so I won't have to run twice! CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
