Beating cancer with a big wet hunk of mud!!

So here we go again folks, it's time to get down and dirty and kick cancer in the butt!
It's a great cause. Pretty much everyone today has been affected by cancer, either personally or by knowing friends or family who have suffered at the hands of this cruel disease. It doesn't discriminate, affecting young and old and rich and poor, regardless of race, gender and religion. So let's pull together and do something. Raise money and stand together to lift and support those affected.
Oh, and I'm pretty sure my colleagues are going to extract revenge on me for making them sign up to run 5k. So if you want to see me COVERED in mud then get giving!
Anything you can give, even just a couple of quid, is extremely appreciated!!

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
