Emma's Race for Life

So here we go again folks, it's time to get down and dirty and kick cancer in the butt! It's a great cause. Pretty much everyone today has been affected by cancer, either personally or by knowing friends or family who have suffered at the hands of this cruel disease. It doesn't discriminate, affecting young and old and rich and poor, regardless of race, gender and religion. So let's pull together and do something. Raise money and stand together to lift and support those affected. Oh, and I'm pretty sure my colleagues are going to extract revenge on me for making them sign up to run 5k.
