We are taking on the Shine Night walk Cardiff to raise money to beat cancer sooner
After being diagnosed with breast cancer last December my world was turned upside down. The last few months have been a rollercoaster. Operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and more to come. My strength and resilience throughout has come from the amazing support I have received from family, friends and often complete strangers. Throughout everything the medical teams that have worked with me have been inspirational and not only amazing at their work but kind, considerate and thoughtful too. Our team of fabulous women are raising money for Cancer research so that those professionals can continue their amazing work. This is so we can give something back and I am so grateful to my amazing friends and family who will do the Shine walk with me. 🌟

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
