I'm taking part in Race for Life in memory of a friend I lost to cancer.

Cancer is such a shit show and we all bloody hate it! I never ask for donations for any of the races I undertake but I thought I'd make an exception on this one. However running 10km is not exactly a stretch for me so i am not seeking a massive financial appreciation of my efforts so if you are kind enough to put some cash towards this great cause please only give £1, £2 or £3 and no more. Please, please keep your donation small if you are kind enough to chuck a couple of quid towards this great cause because if i ever get into the London marathon I'll really be tapping you up for some serious cash!
