I'm taking on pretty mudder, to help those like my Nan and best friend to help beat cancer.
My Story
I have decided to be apart of pretty mudder 2018 because, as most of you are aware over the past few years i have sadly lost family members to Cancer, My Grandad, Marie & my Auntie Rita. I have always wanted to feel like i wanted to give something back in their memory but i just never been able to push myself to do it. However, over the past 3 months My Nan & My best friend was both sadly diagnosed with skin cancer. My Nan who lost her husband to cancer, has now sadly got to go through the same fight. My best friend who is 25 years of age, who is planning her wedding, has to have this fight. So this is for the both of you, to know that i support you every step of this fight, to know that is hasn't got the better of you, you are both strong and positive people and you will beat this. I'm right by your side through every step of the way. Keep fighting & Keep positive, I love you both. This has given me the kick i needed to be able to do something for charity and help find a cure. There isn't anything you can say to them that will make them feel any better and there is very little you can do other than be there for them. To those who i have sadly lost, your memory will always be with me & help me to get round the course. I miss you X Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
