Raising money to kick cancers ass!

Betty Forbes and Judith Wiseman
My Story
As many of you know we have lost my grandmother and both grandfathers to cancer and last year we sadly lost Davids mother Judith. To raise money previously David and others ran the London Half Marathon and so after having my knee surgery I wanted to do the same next year. To kick start my running (or hopping if my knee gives up half way) journey I am running the Westminster 10 K on Sunday 15th July as well as Race for Life earlier in the month (all approved by the physio!). If you could please donate and help me reach my target of £200 for this excellent charity I will be very grateful and I promise I will finish it with or without the co-operation of my new knee!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
