My Story
Hiya! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page :) I’m going to be doing 100 squats every day in August to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. I’m doing this challenge for my dad, Nick, who had cancer in 2022. He underwent surgery in May of that year, and has continued living life to the fullest since. I’m really grateful that he is still with us; he’s my number one roadie when I’m gigging, and even does sound for my cover band, Kalashnikov Skunk! My goal is to raise £100 which could pay for somebody to have a biopsy and potentially spot cancer earlier, and I’d like to think that the money I raise will go towards helping someone else’s dad also beat cancer. Thank you!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
