My Story
We're dedicating our special day to support Cancer Research UK and raising money for life-saving research. Cancer Research UK are the only charity fighting over 200 types of cancer and receive no government funding for their life-saving research. Every step taken towards beating cancer relies on every pound donated. We sadly lost Dene's dad Dave at the beginning of this year. Dave was such a kind & loving man. A wonderful Husband, Dad and Grandad. Full of life and jokes, had a name or saying for everything, crazy about football, hated cooking Halloumi on BBQ's... the list could go on! We wanted to use this opportunity to acknowledge the fantastic work Cancer Research do and help those who need it most. Instead of presents, please donate to our page and help fund this vital work. Together we will beat cancer.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
