For my friends, family & work colleagues who have been or will be effected by cancer.
It's time to kick cancer's arse which is why I'm taking part in the Pretty Muddy 5k Race for Life to raise money and help save lives. We've all been effected in some way or another by cancer & if you haven't yet the awful reality is you will be at some point. Lets try & change this!! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, this not only effects the person with the disease but also everyone else around them. Every single pound you donate really makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor a really great cause. Those of you who know me know how much I hate exercise & how unfit I am, so this is going to be a huge challenge for me (I can't even run up the stairs without getting out of breath) so get your dosh out (even if it's just £1) & please sponsor me.
