If graduating uni, starting a new job and a global pandemic weren't quite enough for 2020, my dad and I have decided to cycle 200 miles over the course of September in order to raise money for Cancer Research. So, on the same bike I passed my cycling proficiency on in year 6 and my dad on a bike older than me, we will roughly cover the equivalent distance of London to Brussels in one of our busiest months of the year. Cancer Research fund around 50% of all cancer research in the UK and as it's a charity close to our hearts, we are keen to help raise money for a charity whose fundraising has significantly slowed down during the Covid-19 crisis. If you would like to check out our progress and if you can, donate to the cause, here is the link to our page.
