In memory of
My mum and also my dear friend Alison.
I am doing all this walking in the memory of two great women, my mum Lesley and my dear friend Alison. Both were great fighters but unfortunately succumbed to cancer. Both loved a good walk and a good coffee shop along the way so hopefully I can do a bit of that during the month of March.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
