We have decided to go sugar free for the whole of February. This might not seem like a lot, but giving up our sweets and chocolate is not going to be easy.
We're doing this as we both need to get fitter. Amy is doing the London marathon in April and Emma is getting married next year!
We will be giving up all sweets, chocolate, cake, fizzy drinks, squash, juice and foods with added sugar.
We would appreciate any donations at all. We don't have a target number but if we only raise a couple of pounds it will make it worth while. It is a cause very close to our hearts.
