2020 has been a difficult year for everyone and for us as a family it has been especially hard with our Dad being diagnosed with advanced Prostate cancer. As you can imagine, this was a complete shock and had come at the worst possible time, when the whole world was in lockdown. Fortunately my dad has been able to receive treatment throughout this difficult time and for that we couldn’t thank the NHS enough. So this year I want to take part in the Race for Life to raise funds for vital research into this awful disease. Please take the time to donate, as little or as much as you can, so that we can help to find a way to beat this disease.
CAUSE
Prostate cancer
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK, with around 41,700 cases diagnosed every year. Help fund Cancer Research UK to continue its work to find new ways to tackle the disease and improve survival rates.
