My Story
Over the last 40 years, Cancer Research UK’s work has helped hundreds of cancer patients and their families through tireless research and support. I decided to take part in Race for Life in memory of our wonderful Kathy Beattie who was a shining light in all our lives. I've pledged to raise a minimum of £50 - so anything you can donate towards this and the wonderful work to support Cancer Research UK would be amazing!
CAUSE
Breast cancers
Each year, over 56,800 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. That’s more than 150 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat breast cancer.
