My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. Everyone that knows me knows I am not a runner but it gives me a focus and a challenge to remain strong for my family. We often think our parents are invincible and that you will never hear the day that the C word is used, however my amazing Mummy was diagnosed on the 27th February this year. I am thankful of the NHS who were so efficient in diagnosing the pain so quickly but unfortunately it can’t simply be removed but an intense course of Chemo is required. I am doing this for her and everyone I know who has been affected by cancer. We WILL beat cancer!!
