I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

Everyone who knows me knows that I hate running and that I avoid it at all costs. However, being on placement in the hospital showed me how cancer not only affects the patient but affects the family and friends as well. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so any donations, kind words or running tips (please) would be hugely appreciated.
