My Story
Unfortunately in January 2020, I lost my grandmother after her battle with stage 4 lung cancer. This has been devastating to my family and I which has inspired me to run the 10km race for life (alongside Luke). I believe it’s important to try and raise awareness that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime alongside raise money to further research, treatment options and quality of life for patients. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
