I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

In memory of

Mum, Grandad and Andrew

I've lost 3/4 of my close family members to cancer: my uncle Andrew when he was just a teenager back in the '70s, my Grandad Dennis, and my beautiful mum, Susan. My nan Stella was also diagnosed with breast cancer but thankfully is still with us today.

I run to raise money because if my grandad and mum could see me doing *exercise* they would probably faint with shock. I hate running, but I hate cancer more.

------

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
