Swansea Pretty Muddy 5k 2019
I’m doing a little bit of last minute fundraising for a brilliant cause, something that is close to my heart. This would be my second pretty mudder 5K this year and any donation would be massively appreciated. I’m running in memory of family and friends and to celebrate beating cancer in the future. Cancer will affect 1 in 2 people in their lifetime. That’s a heartbreaking odd. Let’s help to increase survival rates and provide an amazing charity the funds to help continue research and to support families that are living with this disease here and now.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
