My Mum
My Story
I lost my Mum to Breast Cancer three and a half years ago. She was a keen runner and a triathlete and I have many memories of going to park runs and race for life events with her. We ran the 5k race for life together when I was 12, and I never thought I would be running in her memory, but she has inspired me to run again, and this time up my distance!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
