My Story
The impact of Cancer is life long, for those living with it, recovering from it, to those supporting loved ones and those grieving. My Dad lived for his family, farm and community. He didn't shy away from a challenge. He was an active man, a farmer, a friend, someone who helped whomever and wherever he could. Before Dad died he asked for donations made in his memory to be raised for CRUK, he wanted research to happen so future generations might have a better chance and more time. Four years on and i am in my 3rd fundraising event and my ultimate challenge. I will be running the London Marathon. I am doing it for me, for dad and for anyone who needs reminding we can and we will continue to move forward. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
