My Story
In 2019 I completed the 10k Race For Life and set myself the challenge of completing it again every year after, however with lockdown and then a knee injury preventing me doing this, I have decided to take on a new challenge this year to raise money for this amazing charity. As Cancer Research UK is celebrating its 20th anniversary I am going to be swimming 20k throughout August to help raise money for the charity. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. 💙

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
